We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule.We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit us.Fewer than 24 hours may attract 50% cancellation fee.Less than 3 hours or no-show will attract 100% of the treatment cost.

To secure booking on treatments, we require your credit card details or a cash deposit of 50%.Gift vouchers will also be forfeited if you don’t attend your appointment. There is a 2.9% surcharge for credit card payments.
